**Job Summary**:
The Hotel Front Office Executive is responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing front desk operations, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay. This role involves welcoming guests, handling reservations, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome.
- Manage hotel reservations, including booking, cancellations, and modifications.
- Process guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accurate billing and payment processing.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Handle guest complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them effectively to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to fulfill guest requests and ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as preparing reports, managing inventory, and handling correspondence.
- Follow hotel policies and procedures, including safety and security protocols, to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
- Upsell hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience and maximize revenue opportunities.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:
