_**Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- _Oversees the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department._
- _Evaluates systems or facilities to determine maintenance or repairs that need to be performed._
- _Assesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules._
- _Develops maintenance procedures and schedules._
- _Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner._
- _Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects._
- _Inspect hotel property regularly to ensure it meets safety standards._
- _Arrange for routine maintenance in hotel rooms, lobbies and facilities (e.g. kitchens, tennis courts)_
- _Organize repair projects in a manner that does not disturb guests._
- _Supervise team of Maintenance._
- _Manage relationships with contractors and service providers._
- _Maintain budgets, expenses and activity logs_
- _Performs other related duties as assigned._
- **Qualification & Experience**:_
- _Proven experience as a Hotel Maintenance Supervisor or Maintenance Technician._
- _In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations._
- _Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, sewer and HVAC systems etc _
- _Basic knowledge in administrative processes._
- _Ability to spot safety risks and address needs quickly._
- _Excellent organizational and leadership skills_
- _Problem-solving aptitude._
- _Diploma or equivalent with minimum 3 Years of experience in the Same role Experience in hotel industry will be an advantage._

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
