Associate Territory Sales Executive

To deliver individual performance plan by meeting/exceeding the assigned target.
- To gain increased usage for promoted products in all relevant accounts.
- To prepare & implement account development & territory business plan.
- To identify & facilitate/collaborate to develop Key Opinion Leaders for advocacy and increased product usage.
- Daily visit to Ophthalmologists in assigned territory and brand detailing to HCPs.
- Distributors management and Monthly sales closing.
- Conducting camps, CME and RTMs in the area. Conducting Staff Training program.
- To attain minimum benchmark in terms of product knowledge, 360 degree selling skills, marketing knowledge and competitors product knowledge and promotion.
- Timely completion of all online training in ALA and WD.
- Daily reporting of field work activities and complying with all sales force effectiveness (SFE) KPIs.
- Adherence and complying with executional KPIs as guided by Marketing team.
- Timely submission of sales report, tour plan, secondary sales data to reporting manager.
- To operate within the relevant codes of practice and adherence with all corporate compliance guidelines by self.
