**Job Summary**: Lumenatix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with 2-4
background and be adept at selling high-end products, with a willingness to travel as
needed. Experience in the lighting industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales and Business Development**:
- Identify and target potential clients for luxury lighting products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to clients.
- **Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
- Provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product development
teams.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
- Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- **Sales Reporting**:
- Track and report on sales performance metrics.
- Prepare regular sales forecasts and reports for management.
- **Travel and Representation**:
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend industry
events.
- Represent Lumenatix at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events.
- **Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
preferred.
- **Experience**:
- 2-4 years of proven sales experience, particularly in luxury products.
- Experience in the lighting industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- **Skills**:
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Working Conditions**:
- Open to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: From ₹480,000.00 per year
