**PURPOSE OF JOB**
To maximize revenue growth for the company by achieving sales targets of its IT products/services and mining new business opportunities with existing and new clients.

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES;**

We are actively looking for people having experience in the following:
1. Has experience in Lead Generation.
2. Has acquired some experience in Sales.
3. Can perform IT market research.
4. Can come up with business development strategies to maximize Sales.
5. Can build client relationships, Client Retention.
6. Can identify new business opportunities.
7. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects at once.
8. Is Willing to travel (within city & outside city)
9. Prepare reports and providing feedback regularly to the Reporting Manager.

1. Minimum 6months of experience in sales.
2. Excellent verbal and oral communication and presentation skills.
3. Has good degree of accuracy and is Proactive.
4. Demonstrated ability to prioritize issues.
5. Intellectual Demands.
6. Must have minimum Graduation.
7. Must be able to deal with technical product information.
8. Ability to adopt procedures to a new and more effective way of working
(in relation primarily to database management)
9.Ability to build strong working relationships (internal/external)
10.Ability to persuade, influence and negotiate effectively at all levels

**Salary**: ₹350,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
