Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Identify and cultivate potential clients through networking, cold-calling, and referral marketing strategies.
- **Sales Presentations**: Develop and deliver presentations of company products and services to potential clients.
- **Negotiation and Closure**: Negotiate contract terms and conditions, and work towards the closure of sales while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- **Market Analysis**: Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- **Reporting**: Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
- Proven sales experience in a similar role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
**Working Conditions**:
Sales Representatives often work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. The role may involve frequent travel and irregular hours, depending on the clients' needs and deadlines.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
