**Job Title: Field Sales Representative**

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, developing new client relationships, and closing sales within an assigned territory. This role requires frequent travel within the designated region.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by management.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and share best practices.
- Provide regular updates on sales activities, including pipeline status, to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with at least [X] years of experience in field sales or outside sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹158,263.93 - ₹623,029.73 per year
