**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a street smart, dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The Field Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients within the F&B industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent The Baker's Trove and promote our delectable range of baked products to prospective customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate quality leads and acquire new B2B clients within the F&B industry, including pubs, restaurants, cafes, and other relevant establishments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for expansion.
- Effectively achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Present and demonstrate The Baker's Trove products to potential clients, highlighting their quality, freshness, and uniqueness.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with clients, ensuring mutual benefit and profitability.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities and demand forecasting.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent The Baker's Trove with professionalism and integrity at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

**Qualification and Experience**:

- 12th +
- 2 Wheeler with a valid driving license is a must
- Min 2-3 years experience in F&B industry sales
- Preferred Language: Kannada, Hindi, English
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Basic computer skills that includes sending mails, operating excel, etc.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a passion for delivering results and exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
