**Job Description**:
As a Marketing and Sales Representative with 2 to 3 years of experience, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth and revenue. You will be responsible for promoting our products or services, engaging with potential clients, and closing deals. This role demands a strong understanding of marketing and sales strategies, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of leads and prospects.
- Present our products/services to clients, highlighting their unique selling points.

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and nurture strong client relationships.
- Address client inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and effectively.
- Provide exemplary customer service to maintain client satisfaction.

Sales Closing:

- Lead negotiations and close sales deals.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts and agreements.

Market Research and Analysis:

- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to help refine strategies and product offerings.

Marketing and Promotion:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns.
- Promote our products/services at trade shows, events, and other marketing activities.
- Utilize digital marketing and social media platforms to increase brand awareness.

Reporting:

- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and results.
- Provide regular sales reports to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role in the marketing and sales field (2-3 years).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
