Job Title: Sales and Marketing Representative

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports To: Sales Manager

Organization : Semis Foods Private limited

Location : Bangalore

CTC: 300000/Annum + Allowances + incentives on sales target achievement


Responsibilities:

1.Prospecting and Lead Generation:

  • Actively research and identify potential clients through various channels (referrals, online resources, networking events).
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to build a robust sales pipeline.

2.Customer Outreach and Relationship Building:

  • Contact prospects via phone, email, or in-person meetings to introduce our company and offerings.
  • Establish rapport with potential clients, understanding their challenges and pain points.

3.Product Demonstrations and Presentations:

  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, highlighting the features and benefits of our products or services.
  • Conduct tailored product demonstrations, addressing specific customer needs.
  • Handle objections effectively and persuasively.

4.Sales Negotiation and Closing:

  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions of sale to secure profitable deals for the company.
  • Close sales opportunities and meet or exceed established sales targets.

5.Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and identifying upselling/cross-selling opportunities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any post-sales issues promptly.

6.Administrative and Reporting:

  • Update the CRM system with accurate customer data, sales activities, and forecasts.
  • Prepare regular sales reports for analysis and decision-making.

7.Qualifications:

8.Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

9.Experience: 1-2 years of proven sales experience (experience in a  food processing industry is a plus)

10.Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and resilient.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
