Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Department: SALES

Reports To: Sales Manager

Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Set up and conduct meetings with potential clients
- Qualify leads and determine their needs
- Present properties to potential clients and answer questions
- Negotiate prices and terms of sale
- Close deals and ensure a smooth closing process
- Maintain a database of potential and current clients
- Stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in legislation

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- 0-3 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
- Strong understanding of the real estate market
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and drive to succeed
