DESIGNATION - **SALES OFFICERS / BDE**
QUALIFICATION - Graduates/Postgraduates (Preferred from BSC/ MSC/ /Biotic / B-Pharma / Egg
- B.E Mehc, Chemical background)
EXPERIENCE (0-5 Years), Experience from **Pharma/Biotech** companies will be an added advantage.
**Male preferred with Vehicle**
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Proficiency in English
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Quick learner and passion for sales
- Presentable
- Should be very good at grasping
- Excellent at product presentations
- confident, self-driven, Goal oriented
- Ready to travel.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
- Maintaining accurate client/customer database
- Establishing new business
- Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Reviewing sales performance
- Negotiating contracts and packages
- Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team to achieve better results
