OpportunityHas overall sales responsibility for customer relationships and
performance of an assigned customer portfolio in a large cluster/large
geographical area.

  • Pursues and secures business in line with the business objectives related tothe Go to Market Participation Strategies
  • Accountable for Customer Acquisition/ Account management / Retention related to SPC/ Break Bulk/ Heavy Lifts/ RORO & Charters along with project cargo handling.
  • Manage Projects including Specials/ BB and Dry container requirements.
  • Probes and identifies customer needs and provides solutions for integrated service offering, including and not restricted to all L&S products- mainly Air/Inter Modal/ Yard/CFS and DTA logistics requirements.
  • Identify, monitor and mitigate business risk including client retention.

  • Researches and understands the territory to identify and establish business contacts with potential customers and stake holder management.
  • Researches and analyses competitive and industry trends.
  • Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality.
  • Deliver customer growth, profitability, retention targets.
  • Forecast demand for services to support the planning of operational resources to support customer requirements.
