Sales Account Manager:


The person would be part of the sales team at CludoBits IT Solutions. He/she would be responsible for validating interest, qualifying and closing relevant inbound & outbound prospects for Outsourced Product Development services.The role is focused on developing the India market and will require focus on lead generation as well as sales revenue achievement. The person would be responsible to ensure CludoBits ‘s value proposition is effectively articulated through relevant discovery & 2nd level client interactions, prepare the necessary proposals and would be responsible for revenue generation through contract closures.

Experience generating 3x to 4x pipelines for B2B sales deals in most recent role is a must.It is an individual contributor role wherein the person would work with a small but highly competitive and effective sales team.


 Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outreach campaigns through prospective emails/ phone calls/ Sales Navigator

2. Drive Discovery/1st level discussions with interested Leads

3. Unearth the pain points/ challenges of the prospect

4. Clearly articulate and demonstrate our value proposition, creating excitement and enthusiasm among prospects

5. Drive advanced 2nd level interactions for interested prospects

6. Manage the sales cycle from Leads to closure

7. Cultivate lasting relationships with customers

8. Crush your quota

9. Leverage & update the CRM with relevant information

10. To demonstrate the key strategic account management for the key customers.

11. Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve organizational goal.

12. To manage the large Enterprise accounts end to end for high end cross platform sales.

13. To design the solutions around various product portfolio.

14. Accountable for managing the Sales (concept selling) in the assigned territories.

15. Driving sales initiatives to achieve business goals & managing the stiff targets.

16. Forecasting and planning the sales targets with respect to various portfolios.

17. Ensuring maximum customer satisfaction by providing technical solutions & achieving delivery & quality norms.

18. Able to handle assigned Enterprise level accounts, mapping all those.

19. Designing strategy to penetrate into new accounts & retaining existing ones.

20. Consulting Enterprise solutions, BI Services & Solutions, Cloud based Services & Solutions, IT security services & solutions, networking services & solutions.

21. Analysing customer pain points, generating potential leads & suggesting appropriate solution.

22. To be dealing with IBM/Dell Servers, Storage & Backup solutions, as well as IBM software portfolio.

23. EMC storage & backup recovery solutions, Quantum backup solutions, IT Enterprise solutions, Cisco & Juniper active networking devices.

24. Handling cases of server virtualization, VDI etc. As well, DC build & management, DR/ Near DR site building. Also includes cloud based hosting services.

25. Key role in maintaining relations with all touch-points of an organization. Managing multiple OEM & distributor relations.

 

What type of Candidates are we looking for :

1. 4 years of relevant sales experience with at least 4-5 years of selling software solutions/ IT services (***Must have)

2. Previous sales experience in India with quota/ target achievement (** Must Have)

3. Technical know-how and Knowledge of IT Services engagement models (Preferred)

4. Exposure to mid-sized start-ups

5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (**Must Have)

6. Highly motivated self-starter with competitive personality and strong attention to detail

Sales skills (Sales, Presentations, Price and Terms negotiation, Problem management, Account Management, Account growth, etc

7. Strong presentation Skills, Strong Interpersonal skills.

8 Positioning as a liaison and trusted confidant to other departments.

9 Achieve or Surpass company revenue targets as set and revised from time to time by Direct Selling and Large Account Management.

10 Sales Management, Customer Service, Accounts Management, Large Client Handling, Operations and Lead generation.

11. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

12. Must be aware of the dynamic market trends & equip with latest technology.

13. Fair knowledge on the high end Risc/Intel Servers & High end storage.

14. Must be aware of various high end product range of IBM, Cisco, HP, Dell,NetApp, Veritas, as well Intel platforms.

15. Must be aware of various high end storages products of IBM, EMC.

Should know the fair knowledge on Vmware, Quest, Microsoft, Symantec product

16. Account mapping, Customer Relationship management, new market trends, Marketing Initiatives and usage of tools like ERP, CRM.
