Responsibilities:
• Will be involved in Client Acquisition. Will have to bring in New clients who have Recruitment and Staffing Requirements to Trijit Technologies.
• On boarding of direct clients and MSP. Also taking care of delivery of resumes with the clients and handling the team.
• Should have the ability to contact speak to the HR Heads of Organizations.
• Convincing clients to give their requirements on a regular basis maintain a good rapport with the client.
• Ideally interact with the HR Heads (Director, VP, HR Head, Talent Acquisition Head, Recruitment Head, Managers etc) in the respective organizations.
• Strategic sourcing for multi geographical needs, with a key current focus on deepening India hiring
• Leading and managing a team of talent acquisition professionals, including setting goals and objectives, providing coaching and development, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, such as hiring managers, business leaders, and external partners.
• Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement employee retention and development programs
• Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and HR technology
• Leading the development and implementation of innovative and effective sourcing and recruiting methods, including the use of technology and data-driven approaches
Requirements:
• 6+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the Talent Acquisition domain and current trends in talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use data to inform and improve talent acquisition processes.
