Job Purpose: We are looking for dynamic, result oriented, team spirit driven and strategically astute Relationship Manager who will collaborate with our sales and marketing team in all stages of sales campaigns. He shall be contributing in developing, expanding and maintaining our sales channels.
Responsibilities: Selected RM's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1 Maintain high professional standards and strive to provide quality services and pricing to clients.
2 Manage key customer relationships through regular contacts and visits by ensuring that the effective call program is maintained on all assigned and prospect customers.
3 Cultivate good rapport with corporate clients and ensure, that Indira becomes the first
choice for their all kind of investments.
4 Continuously identify and exploit cross selling opportunities that embed Indira and its products with customer needs.
5 Establish quality profit earning customer relationship within the target market while doing Customer wise Annual Profit Analysis.
6 Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers.
7 Develop new and expand existing High Net worth Customer relationships in all segments.
8 Plan and conduct special sales initiatives and events for prospective and existing clients.
9 Looking for new sales opportunities and thus, devising and presenting ideas and strategies
10 Conducting research and analyzing data and the latest products and regulations to identify and define audiences.

Organizing events and product exhibitions while overseeing and developing marketing campaigns.
Requisite Skills: 1. Should possess strong business abilities, strategic business planning and team development skills.
2. Should be able to take initiatives, and should possess excellent communication (Strong command over English Language) and leadership skills.
3. Should have a know-how about stock market preferably having 3-4 years' of experience in selling, or self trading in cash, derivative and commodity segment products.
Education: Graduate / MBA with 1-2 years' experience in financial services
Gender: Female/ Male Timings: 09:30 Am to 06:30 pm
Qualification: Post Graduation/ Equivalent
