What You'll Do
  • Manage, mentor and inspire a team of passionate recruiters to hire against all hiring objectives in India, working closely with leadership to prioritize and strategically hire against goals
  • Full cycle recruiter who hires for strategic and confidential roles across all functions and department and rolls up their sleeves when necessary
  • Develop recruiting strategies and plans to hire against high volume roles, including market mapping
  • Design and drive diversity programs to attract and retain the best diverse talent
  • Develop and implement strong campus hiring programs and other specialized programs to achieve our hiring objectives, as well as strengthen our employer brand and maintain our status of being an employer of choice
  • Own the India data management for our ATS, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting
  • Plan and coordinate events, assessments, and interviews for hiring candidates
  • Work closely and manage relationships with stakeholders to track recruiting success, and determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
  • Provide guidance and advice to Recruiters, hiring managers and stakeholders across all levels on various recruiting/talent acquisition related matters
  • Provide thought leadership and report on recruiting activity, utilizing metrics to identify and improve upon regional and global recruiting activities, programs and capabilities
  • Work closely with job portals to ensure the right branding and information is up on microsites
Who You Are
  • Nine plus years of experience in talent acquisition, including three plus years managing people as a player coach
  • Experience working in growth/start-up Tech or Fintech would be desirable
  • Empathetic leader who can lead with strong data focus and mentor the team with empathy and clear guidance
  • History of strong stakeholder management and a strategic approach
  • Collaborative team player locally and as part of the global HR leadership team
  • Always curious and wanting to grow as a recruiter, as a manager, and a leader
  • Ability to work independently, with excellent decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong Knowledge of ATS systems
  • Ability to report on recruiting activity, issues and recommendations, both system generated and ad hoc reporting
