Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Regional Program manager to oversee the Agency leader program Understanding & implementation across the branches of the zone. As a Regional Program Manager you will be responsible for right direction of recruitment & development in the branches and give inputs for concern areas to improve. You should align with the branches and change the work direction towards AL recruitment and development. This role requires good communication and presentation Skills & a strong understanding of Agency Leader program principles, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be the first spokesperson for Agency Leader program related Clarifications, issues ..etc.

Key Responsibilities:

 Should be the anchor for ALC program for the Region.
 Drive the ALC Program, AL income, AL promotions through interactions with BM's FLM's and ALs of the branches.
 Monitor and track the Agency leader performance, Publish promotion shortfall MIS and other AL related MIS.
 Should conduct AL workshops at the branches to make ALs to understand the ALC program.
 Should manage National & Regional initiatives in creating new process, solving existing issues through multi departmental connect.
 The role has to deliver on the required number of ALs as per the targets assigned and make them productive.
 Retention of performing ALs and their teams should also be a key KRA.

Experience: 5 yrs. & above in insurance agency (2years as Branch manager)

Qualifications: Graduate
Location : Mumbai / Bangalore
