As the Regional Training Lead for Luxury brand specializing in product training, field sales, and luxury, you will be instrumental in developing and executing training initiatives tailored to enhance the capabilities of our regional teams. Your expertise in product knowledge, field sales strategies, and luxury customer experience will play a critical role in driving the success of our training programs and ultimately contribute to the achievement.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Program Development:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs specific to product knowledge, field sales techniques, and luxury customer service.- Design and develop comprehensive training modules, materials, and resources that align with product offerings and brand values.- Incorporate industry best practices and innovative training methodologies to deliver engaging and effective training programs.

1. Product Training:

- Deepen the product knowledge of regional teams by developing training content on product portfolio, including features, benefits, and unique selling points.- Conduct product demonstrations and workshops to educate employees on new products, collections, and technologies.- Ensure that sales associates are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively communicate product information to customers.

1. Field Sales Strategies:

- Provide training on field sales techniques, including prospecting, relationship building, and objection handling, tailored to the luxury retail environment.- Collaborate with sales managers to develop training programs that enhance sales performance and drive revenue growth in the region.- Coach sales representatives on effective sales tactics and strategies to optimize their performance in the field.

1. Luxury Customer Experience:

- Elevate the customer experience by delivering training on luxury service standards, including personalized engagement, attention to detail, and brand ambassadorship.- Develop training content focused on creating memorable experiences for luxury clientele, fostering loyalty and brand advocacy.- Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in service delivery and develop targeted training interventions.

1. Stakeholder Management:

- Build strong relationships with regional managers, sales leaders, and store managers to understand their training needs and objectives.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align training initiatives with business goals.- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on training progress, solicit feedback, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.- Proven experience in training and development, with a focus on product training, field sales, and luxury retail.- Strong understanding of luxury retail principles, including customer experience, brand positioning, and sales techniques.- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.- Demonstrated ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs that drive measurable results.- Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS) and other training technology platforms.- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPLP, CPTM) is a plus.
