DESIGNATION: Regional Human Resource Manager
LOCATION: Mumbai, Maharashta
INDUSTRY: Facilities and Securities
MIN. EXPERIENCE: 6-10 Years
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic HR Planning:
∙Collaborate with senior HR leadership and business executives to understand organizational goals and
develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
∙Provide input into the development of HR policies, programs, and initiatives at the regional level
Talent Acquisition and Management:
∙Oversee regional recruitment efforts for blue-collar hiring
∙Implement effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
∙Work on talent retention strategies and employee development programs.
Employee Relations:
∙Address and resolve employee relations issues, conducting investigations when necessary.
∙Promote a positive work culture and facilitate communication between employees and management.
Compliance:
∙Stay abreast of regional labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance across locations.
∙Work with legal and compliance teams to address HR-related legal matters.
HR Analytics:
∙Utilize HR data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives.
∙Provide regular reports to senior HR leadership on key HR metrics.
Change Management:
∙Lead and support HR initiatives related to organizational change within the region.
∙Act as a change agent, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
RequirementsPREFERRED SKILLS:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated strategic thinking and leadership abilities.
