only help grow the company but truly take ownership and shape its future alongside us.
Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Head to join us as a partner in the journey of building Lyef into a

leading digital wellness brand. This role goes beyond a traditional "job" — we are

searching for someone who is deeply passionate about Ayurveda and wellness, shares

our vision, and is ready to own, build, and grow this business collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ownership & Vision:

o Collaborate closely with the founders to develop and execute the long-

term strategy, driving the company towards growth and success.

o Take full ownership of the operational side of the business, ensuring that

every aspect of the company is working towards the mission.

o Act as a co-builder, contributing to major decision-making and overall

direction of the company.

2. Drive Growth & Scale:

o Develop strategies for scaling operations, product distribution, and

market expansion, with a particular focus on digital transformation.

o Lead initiatives to strengthen our e-commerce presence, optimize

customer experiences, and establish a strong digital footprint.

o Drive product innovation and market development, staying ahead of

industry trends and consumer needs.

3. Business & Financial Leadership:

o Oversee the company's financial health, including budgeting,

forecasting, and financial planning to ensure sustainable and profitable

growth.
Lead efforts to secure funding, build investor relations, and manage

financial partnerships as necessary.

o Monitor KPIs and use data-driven insights to optimize business processes

and operational efficiency.

4. Team Building & Culture:

o Build and lead a mission-driven, high-performing team that aligns with

Lyef's values of wellness and holistic health.

o Cultivate a company culture that fosters collaboration, creativity, and

ownership across all levels.

o Empower employees to be passionate brand ambassadors and own their

contributions to the business.

5. Partnership Development:

o Identify and nurture strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances

that will expand Lyef's reach and market presence.

o Work with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to optimize supply

chain efficiency.
What We're Looking For:

• A proven entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on experience in growing or

leading a startup, ideally in the wellness, nutraceutical, or Ayurveda space.

• A passion for Ayurveda, holistic health, and wellness that extends beyond

business, with a deep personal connection to the space.

• Leadership experience in operations, business strategy, and digital

transformation, with a successful track record in scaling businesses.

• Ability to manage finances, including P&L, fundraising, and investor relations.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a growth mindset and the drive to overcome

obstacles.

• A collaborative approach, ready to work hand-in-hand with the founding team to

take the company to the next level.

• High emotional intelligence, capable of building a positive team culture and

inspiring others to align with the company's mission.
Compensation:

18 LPA + equity stake to reflect true ownership and long-term commitment.
