Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic Founder's Office Associate to work closely with the CEO on strategic projects, business operations, and high-priority initiatives. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in consulting or operations, preferably from a top consulting firm, with exposure to OEMs. A BTech in Electrical or Computer Science is required. This role demands strong problem-solving, adaptability, and leadership skills, along with the ability to manage multiple high-impact projects. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset are essential for success in this fast-paced environment. Key Areas of Responsibility: ● Project & Strategy Execution: Lead critical projects across business functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. ● CEO Support: Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, providing data-driven insights, reports, and recommendations. ● Business Analysis & Decision-Making: Conduct research, analyze data, and create reports to support high-level decision-making. ● Stakeholder & Partner Management: Work with OEMs, consultants, investors, and internal teams to drive business objectives. ● Operations & Process Optimization: Improve workflows, processes, and execution strategies for efficiency and scalability. ● Investor & Board Engagement: Assist in preparing business presentations, investor decks, and strategic documents. Qualifications: ● B.Tech in Electrical or Computer Science would be preferred from a Tier 1 College (IITs, NITs, BITS etc.). ● 2-4 years of experience in consulting firms and OEM exposure. ● Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills. ● Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, data analytics, and financial modeling. ● Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities. ● Ability to work in a high-paced, ambiguous startup environment.
