We are a fast-growing search firm in India, seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant/Founder's Office Manager. This individual will work directly with the founder to drive strategic initiatives and support the company's growth trajectory.

Role Overview

This role serves as the founder's right-hand person, managing complex projects, facilitating decision-making processes, and ensuring efficient execution of strategic priorities. The successful candidate will contribute meaningfully to business strategy and operational excellence.

Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
  • 1. Strategic Initiative Management
    • Drive key strategic projects from ideation to implementation.
    • Track progress on strategic initiatives and provide regular updates.
    • Identify obstacles and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
  • 2. Founder Support & Productivity Enhancement
    • Manage the founder's calendar, communications, and priorities.
    • Prepare briefing materials for meetings and events.
    • Anticipate needs and ensure the founder's time is optimized for high-impact activities.
    • Serve as a trusted proxy for the founder in certain internal and external communications.
  • 3. Business Intelligence & Analysis
    • Develop and maintain dashboards for tracking company performance.
    • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape.
    • Prepare reports and presentations for internal leadership and external stakeholders.
    • Transform data into actionable insights to inform strategy.
  • 4. Cross-Functional Coordination
    • Facilitate collaboration across departments to advance company objectives.
    • Ensure alignment between founder's vision and team execution.
    • Identify and resolve bottlenecks in cross-functional workflows.
  • 5. Operational Excellence
    • Improve internal processes and systems to enhance company efficiency.
    • Document best practices and standard operating procedures.
    • Leverage AI & Tech to enhance company capabilities.
    • Manage special projects to address operational challenges.
Desired Profile

You must be someone who thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. Bring energy, hands-on leadership, and a proven ability to navigate uncharted territory.

Experience & Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in consulting or a similar role or as a founder/co-founder.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited guidance.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency with productivity tools, data analysis, and presentation software.
