This internship provides hands-on experience in B2B sales, account management, and recruitment consulting while interacting with key decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard businesses requiring recruitment services. Facilitate agreement signing with potential clients. Gather job descriptions and hiring requirements. Engage with HR heads, founders, and decision-makers to present StaffAnchor's offerings. Analyze industries and hiring trends to identify high-demand roles. Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track progress. Attend weekly in-office meetings for strategy discussions and progress updates.

Requirements

Strong communication skills for pitching, negotiation, and relationship building. Persistence and resilience to handle sales challenges. Basic understanding of corporate hiring processes. Self-motivation and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. Familiarity with LinkedIn, email outreach, and CRMs is an advantage. Must have a laptop, smartphone, and stable internet connection.
