Position Overview:

We are hiring for the Strategy – Founder's Office, a pivotal role that works directly with the CEO and the leadership team to conceptualize, strategize, and execute high-impact projects that shape the future of FinAGG.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning & Execution:

- Collaborate with the leadership team to define and execute FinAGG's strategic roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Drive special projects and initiatives with direct involvement from the CEO.

1. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work across departments (Credit, Sales, HR, Operations) to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.
- Act as a bridge between the Founder's office and functional teams to ensure seamless execution of plans.

1. Business Performance & Analytics:

- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress on strategic initiatives.
- Create detailed MIS reports and dashboards for data-driven decision-making.

1. Project Management:

- Drive end-to-end execution of high-priority projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that deadlines and deliverables are met.

1. Leadership Support:

- Provide direct support to the Founder/CEO in preparing board-level presentations, investor pitches, and stakeholder communications.
- Represent the Founder's office in internal and external meetings when required.

1. Problem-Solving & Decision Support:

- Address critical challenges by identifying root causes and recommending actionable solutions.
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed business ideas and partnerships.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles within fintech, startups, or financial services.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on actionable insights.
- Strong project management experience, including the ability to handle complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience creating C-level deliverables.
- A self-starter with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Passion for fintech and empowering MSMEs in India.
