Manager, Strategic Accounts

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT :
Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic B2B clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges
PROSPECTING AND LEAD GENERATION:
Identify and target potential clients, conduct market research, and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events
CUSTOMER ON-BOARDING:
Guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and positive experience from the start
CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT:
Regularly engage with clients to assess satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any issues that may arise.
CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION:
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met.
PERFORMANCE TRACKING:
Monitor account performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and opportunities for improvement
NEGOTIATION AND CLOSING :
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements
CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT:
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to enhance account management strategies
Critical success factors for the Role
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success in a B2B environment.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
