Qualifications:
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in a managerial role within the design industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing design projects from conception to completion.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in design software and project management tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
