Role Overview: As Performance Marketing Manager, you will own our 360-degree growth engine – from lead acquisition to retention and upsell.

You'll build and optimize multi-stage funnels, automate workflows, integrate platforms, and manage large-scale digital ad spends.

Key Responsibilities: Design and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, You Tube, and other platforms Build and optimize acquisition-to-retention funnels Manage daily budgets, bid strategies, pacing, and A/B testing Integrate ad platforms with CRM tools (Zoho, Hub Spot), Whats App automation (WATI, Twilio), and email platforms Create and automate engagement workflows for cold, warm, and post-trial audiences Implement tracking and attribution models using GA4, GTM, Meta Pixel, and Data Studio Define and track KPIs: CPL, CAC, ROAS, Trial Conversion, Retention, Campaign ROICollaborate closely with Product, Tech, Sales, and Creative teams Required Skills & Qualifications:4+ years of performance marketing experience with large monthly budgets Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, You Tube Ads Strong grasp of CRM tools and automation platforms (Zoho CRM, Hub Spot, Mailchimp, WATI, Twilio)Advanced skills in data analysis, Excel, GA4, Google Data Studio Experience in fitness, wellness, Saa S, or app-based brands is a plus Proven ability to design and scale marketing funnels across channels Key Metrics You'll Own: Cost Per Lead (CPL)Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)Trial-to-Member Conversion Retention and Upsell Rates Bounce Rate and Landing Page Conversion Campaign ROI and Lead Quality Preferred Traits: Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment Balance of analytical thinking and creative execution Passion for fitness, technology, and growth marketing If you're ready to scale advanced marketing systems across channels and drive measurable business impact, we want to hear from you.
