Position Description:

We're looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and manage a small but high-impact team of content marketers, designers, and product marketers.

You'll own the full marketing funnel-from brand and messaging to demand generation and sales enablement. This is a leadership role for someone who enjoys building structure, testing strategies, and driving measurable growth in a SaaS environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Team Management:

- Mentor and manage a cross-functional team including content, product marketing, design, and performance marketing. Set clear priorities, drive execution, and grow the team's capabilities.

Strategy & Execution:

- Build and own the integrated marketing roadmap aligned to business goals-across awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline impact.

Brand & Positioning:

- Refine and amplify Xebo's brand story across all touchpoints-website, decks, collateral, social media, and thought leadership.

Content & Thought Leadership:

- Oversee high-quality content creation-blogs, whitepapers, use cases, webinars, and more-positioning Xebo as a category leader in AI-powered experience management.

Product Marketing:

- Collaborate with Product and Sales to shape GTM strategy, messaging, and launch plans for new features and vertical solutions.

Performance & Digital Marketing:

- Own SEO, SEM, paid campaigns, LinkedIn, and analytics-tracking KPIs across channels and continuously optimizing for ROI.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Founders to ensure marketing is tightly integrated with GTM priorities and pipeline 5-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with at least 1-2 years managing teams.

- Proven success across content, product marketing, brand, and demand generation.

- Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring creatives and marketers.

- Ability to think strategically and execute quickly in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and communication abilities.

- Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, CMS platforms, SEO tools, and campaign analytics dashboards.
