Job Title Marketing Communications ManagerLocation NoidaJob Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Communications Manager to lead our marketing efforts for our LED products across both B2B and B2C segments The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing communications excellent project management skills and a passion for innovative lighting solutions Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning Develop and execute comprehensive marketing communication strategies that align with business objectives for both B2B and B2C markets Content Creation Oversee the creation of compelling content for various platforms including websites social media email campaigns brochures and product datasheets Brand Management Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing channels Campaign Management Plan implement and monitor multi-channel marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales Digital Marketing Manage digital marketing efforts including SEO PPC social media marketing and email marketing to engage and convert target audiences Market Research Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs market trends and competitive landscape using insights to inform marketing strategies Collaboration Work closely with sales product development and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and customer needs Budget Management Manage the marketing budget ensuring effective allocation of resources for maximum ROI Performance Measurement Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives using data to optimize future campaigns and improve performance Event Management Plan and coordinate marketing events trade shows and webinars to promote products and engage with customers Qualifications Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field 5 years of experience in marketing communications preferably in the B2B and B2C sectors Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in project management and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Experience with brand management and development Knowledge of the LED industry and market trends is a plus Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced dynamic environment
