  Role Description:  The Reporting Specialist will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and analysing various reports to support business operations.
This role involves working closely with different departments to gather data, generate insights, and ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  Key Responsibilities:   Create and maintain various reports, including coaching dashboards, consolidated logs, and macro-level summaries.
Analyse data to identify trends, outliers, and areas for improvement.
Work closely with different teams to gather data and ensure reporting accuracy.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support informed decision-making.
Ensure reports are delivered on time and maintain a high level of data accuracy and integrity.
  Qualifications:   Bachelor of Science Degree Minimum 3 years' experience in data analysis, reports generation and reporting workflows Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, VBA/Macro, Power BI and other data analysis tools.
Strong analytical, data audit and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  Preferred Skills:   Experience with data visualization tools.
Knowledge of SQL and other database management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  Job Details & Compensation: Location: Baner, Pune Work Mode: On-site, 5 days a week Work Hours: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM IST Salary Range: ₹6 – ₹6.5 LPA Joining: Immediate joiners preferred Experience Required: Minimum 3-5 years in  in data analysis, reports generation and reporting workflows.
