Accounting Control Analyst Job Description

About the Role

This is a critical position in our organization's accounting department. The Accounting Control Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.

  • Responsible for various Accounting Close production activities including month-end closing, financial reporting, and reconciliations.
  • Produce high-quality financial statements, including Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss Statements.
  • Identify and address control weaknesses to ensure risk-free controlled environment.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate delivery of services within predetermined deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process standard adjustments on the ledger.
  • Work on IFRS/HGB & BASTA P&L & Balance Sheet.
  • Perform validation checks of financials in Business Consolidation statements.
  • Substantiate Balance Sheet figures.
  • Prepare additional Financial Disclosures.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
