Job Title: E-commerce Marketplace Executive Location: Mumbai (Full Time)More About us: www.theskinstory.in & www.thebeardstory.com Key Responsibilities: Marketplace Management (Nykaa, Myntra, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto etc.): Manage end-to-end operations on Nykaa, Myntra, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto, and other marketplace platforms.

Optimize product listings with relevant keywords, high-quality images, A+ content, and accurate details to boost visibility and conversions.

Monitor and analyze daily sales, traffic, and performance reports from Seller Panels.

Plan and execute promotional campaigns, Lightning Deals, Sponsored Ads, and platform-specific sales events.

Maintain healthy account performance by addressing returns, customer queries, and feedback promptly.

Coordinate with warehouse/logistics partners for timely order fulfillment, inventory reconciliation, and RTO management.

Reporting & Growth: Prepare regular reports on marketplace and website KPIs including the sales, traffic, conversion, AOV, etc.

Conduct competitor analysis to recommend pricing strategies, bundling, and inventory planning.

Suggest new features, tools, or automation to streamline e-commerce workflows.

Requirements:2–3 years of mandatory and proven experience in managing e-commerce operations on Nykaa, Myntra, Instamart, Blinkit, Zepto.

Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, advertising dashboards and listing optimization.

Familiarity with e-commerce analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Merchant Center, and marketplace dashboards.

Hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Canva (for quick creatives), and marketing platforms is a plus.

Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a D2 C startup or consumer product company (FMCG, wellness, or healthcare preferred).

Working knowledge of SEO/SEM as it applies to e-commerce platforms.
