Job Title: Associate Quality Analyst Location: Noida Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Associate-QA (Fresher) to join our Quality Assurance team.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of software development and testing processes and a keen interest in ensuring software quality through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities: Assist in writing and executing test cases based on project requirements.

Perform manual testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs and usability issues.

Work closely with developers to reproduce and resolve issues.

Document test results and log defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA.

Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings as part of the Agile process.

Learn and implement basic automation using tools like Selenium (optional).

Required Skills: Basic knowledge of SDLC and STLC.

Understanding of different types of testing -functional, regression, smoke, etc.

Familiarity with bug tracking tools.

Good communication and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Eagerness to learn and grow in the QA domain.

Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Exposure to programming/scripting languages (.

Net, React) is a plus.

Basic understanding of automation tools like Selenium is a bonus.

Any relevant certifications (e.g., ISTQB) will be considered a plus.
