Associate Manager Quality Assurance Job Description

As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of product quality and compliance with industry regulations. Your primary goal is to develop and implement effective quality strategies that drive business growth while maintaining our commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Support quality control activities, including inspections, testing, and audits, to maintain product quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to quality assurance technicians and analysts.
  • Prepare for internal quality audits and process assessments.
  • Maintain and update quality documents and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role.
  • Proven experience in security, risk, and compliance.
  • Proficiencies in quality assurance and risk management.
  • Continuous learner with up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications in quality management or related areas, such as Six Sigma Black Belt, Green Belt, or Certified Quality Manager (CQM).
