Roles and Responsibilities Designing and implementing a stable process across all solar module manufacturing plants Implement best practices in manufacturing processes and integrate lean manufacturing principles.

Responsible for establishing and monitoring process and process parameters for all production stages Drive process optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure product quality.

Work closely with R&D and engineering teams (Production, Quality, Equipment Maintenance, etc.) to align production processes with technological advancements.

Strategizing and improving process to implement the best practices and process across all solar module manufacturing plants while improving competitiveness and cost focus Ensuring no output loss and yield loss in case of equipment change and raw material change through process interventions Evaluation for new/Alternate BOM development Responsible for SPC and process capability analysis Reducing manual dependencies and focusing on digital interventions and overall process improvements Evaluation of plant performance output, wastages and area of improvement Delivering on Kaizen and lean sigma initiatives for continuous improvement Liaise with senior management, contractors, material suppliers, OEMs and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage expectations and deliver results.

Fostering a collaborative and inclusive team environment, actively promoting trust, engagement, and shared accountability to drive collective success Focus on a safety culture, to ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed Profile & Eligible Criteria Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical12-20 Years of experience in solar PV module manufacturing.
