With an ambitious goal of reaching over 100 properties and 10,000 beds by the end of March 2025, Housr is poised to redefine the co-living landscape in India.Job Responsibilities :- Functional ownership of strategic operations.- Ensuring proper coordination with all the support departments and vendors.- Work alongside the senior management team on enhancing profitability and efficiency through the company's operations.- Engaging with existing teams to identify and solve bottlenecks and implement best practices.- Take autonomous, data-driven decisions and ensure cost reduction and quality control.- Ensuring and providing perfect, upscale, professional and high-class customer service experiences.- Monitoring customer- centric operations & ensuring customer satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms.Who we are looking for :- Minimum 2 years of experience in Vendor management and Operations Strategy- Must have experience in Vendor Management, Operations Management and process improvement.- Extremely high ownership, self- starter ability to get hands dirty, and work in a constantly changing and fast growing environment.- Comfortable in multitasking and working in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
