Job Title: Operations Manager

Location: North India (Extensive Travel Required) & Reporting Office is in Chennai

Experience: 1–3 years

We are seeking a proactive and highly adaptable Field Execution Specialist to oversee and execute on-ground project deployments across the North India belt.

This role requires extensive travel and direct interaction with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement field operations for new and ongoing projects across assigned regions.
  • Establish operational infrastructure, manage on-site resources, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
  • Act as the primary operational point of contact for clients and internal teams during project execution.
  • Supervise field staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure smooth logistics for equipment and personnel.
  • Monitor operational processes to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency in line with company standards.
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, highlighting milestones achieved, challenges faced, and next steps.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, field execution, or project management (preferably in infrastructure, utilities, or technical service domains)
  • Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language
  • Highly adaptable to changing field conditions and problem-solving on the go
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
  • Graduate degree (Engineering or Management background preferred but not mandatory)
