About the Team

The Chief Executive Officer's Office works closely with the CEO to drive key priorities across the organization.

Smooth day-to-day execution is ensured while high-impact initiatives requiring tight coordination and follow-through are supported.

An Executive Assistant in the CEO's office will be central to ensuring the CEO's time and focus are directed toward the highest priorities.

Critical judgment will be exercised in deciding where and how the CEO's time is best spent, carrying both responsibility and impact.

The environment is fast-paced: needs will be anticipated, problems solved under ambiguity, and quick adaptation required when things don't go as planned.

Success means not only flawless execution but proactive thinking, resilience, and discretion.

  • Calendar & Meeting Management: Complex schedules will be managed, meetings coordinated, and timely follow-ups ensured.
  • Travel & Event Planning: Domestic and international travel will be organized, including visa processing, itinerary planning, and logistics.
  • Communication & Coordination: The CEO will be contacted, emails handled, calls managed, and correspondence efficiently coordinated.
  • Stakeholder Management: Liaison will be maintained with internal teams, clients, and external partners for smooth communication and coordination.
  • Confidentiality & Compliance: Sensitive information will be handled discreetly and company policies adhered to.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Records will be maintained, reports prepared, and presentations created as needed.
  • Operational Support: Day-to-day administrative tasks will be assisted in, ensuring seamless executive operations execution.
