Financial Operations Specialist

Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to handle cash and position reconciliations, execute internal transfers, and oversee payment processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile cash and positions across multiple platforms and products.
- Monitor internal transfers for timely and accurate settlements.
- Process payments and SWIFT transactions with accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and support KYC documentation.
- Provide assistance in FX transactions and treasury operations.
- Identify process gaps and contribute to efficiency improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
- 3-4 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or derivatives operations.
- Strong understanding of margin models, collateral management, and financial products.
- Hands-on experience with payment systems, SWIFT, and settlement processes.
- Exposure to KYC requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial tools.
