Job Title: Senior Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly driven and ambitious professional to lead multi-layered teams and prioritize learning and improvement. With a relentless focus on execution, you will be responsible for taking complete ownership of project execution, including financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Optimize existing projects by collaborating closely with the product team.
  2. Manage daily operations, drive volume growth, track progress, and highlight flags and report daily results.
  3. Analyze training needs and provide comprehensive training sessions.
  4. Collect feedback regularly and resolve any issues that arise.
  5. Monitor team performance to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  6. Mentor and motivate student workforce members while demonstrating strong people engagement skills.
  7. Pilot new projects and suggest process improvements at all levels in operations.
  8. Set goals and targets for team members.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing an operations team.
  • Proven ability to drive tightly controlled operational metrics.
  • Strong process orientation and business acumen.
  • Effective people management, team building, and program management skills.
  • A high-quality work ethic in dynamic and unstructured environments.
  • A clear bias for action and exceptional ownership.
  • Relevant educational qualifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
