
Operations Support Specialist

Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented Operations professional to assume responsibility for supporting daily operations across assigned stakeholders and functions. This role offers hands-on experience in operational processes, stakeholder management, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the coordination of workflows between sales, academic, and ground teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage inventory and prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and data trackers for performance analysis.
- Draft and circulate professional emails, notices, and communication updates.
- Assist in planning and execution of new initiatives and process improvements.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in MS Excel with advanced data analysis skills.
- Ability to create and maintain comprehensive dashboards for reporting and decision-making.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and collaborative approach.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.
