Our team has a proven track record in building Cognitive AI (speech and NLP) products, developing unique AI models (including multiple patents), leading high-performing teams at top tech companies, and creating multi-million-dollar businesses.About the Role: We're on the hunt for a detail-oriented Program Manager with strong cross-functional and technical experience in software/Saa S environments to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity.
As a Program Manager at Converz AI, you will be instrumental in driving the execution of cross-functional and cross-product initiatives to build state-of-the-art conversational AI products.
In our fast-paced, high-growth environment, you will play a critical role in enabling scalable growth, helping us reduce product and operational debt while boosting velocity and cross-team alignment.You will lead project timelines, manage resources, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality.
Your collaboration with cross-functional teams will support the delivery of scalable conversational bots, Big Data capabilities, and advanced analytics pipelines that unlock valuable insights for our enterprise clients.
You will also play a vital role in privacy management and help achieve and maintain key certifications such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.Key Responsibilities:Maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that aligns with our vision and business goals.
Communicate product strategy, progress, and impact to internal teams.Lead strategic initiatives that span multiple teams and product domains.Facilitate project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria.Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure flawless project execution and timely delivery.Manage project scope, schedules, and costs while adapting to evolving priorities.Track and report on project performance using relevant tools and metrics.Ensure release readiness by working across teams to ensure product launches are well-documented, coordinated, and supported.Act as the bridge between engineering and product teams and external clients.Manage relationships with stakeholders and escalate issues to leadership as needed.Conduct risk assessments and manage mitigation plans.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party vendors.Perform data analysis (e.g., root cause analysis, regression, simulation, optimization) to identify opportunities for process improvement.Create and maintain detailed project documentation and reporting.Manage audit engagements, support auditors, and ensure compliance with key security standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.Qualifications:MBA or B.
Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1 Institute.3–8 years of experience in Program/Product management in the Saa S/Software space.Experience working in R&D, infrastructure, platform, or engineering teams is highly preferred.Proven track record of managing end-to-end projects in fast-paced, high-growth environments.Strong internal and client-facing communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Azure Dev Ops, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.Experience supporting audit readiness and working with regulators or auditors for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 is a strong plus.Experience in privacy management, internal data handling practices and external readiness (e.g., CCPA/GDPR) is a plus.Certifications such as PMP, Agile, or Scrum Master are a plus.Converz AI is an Equal Opportunity Employer and we value diversity in the company.
