**Job Purpose:**

  • This role is positioned within a distributed operations platform across multiple countries, underpinning a global service delivery strategy.
  • The successful candidate will support senior stakeholders in delivering strategic outcomes by translating goals into actionable programs and results.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain central documentation of key projects and track governance forum actions to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic roadmap.
  • Anchoring CSR governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication across locations, partnering with NGOs and internal committees to evaluate and present initiatives.
  • Creating high-quality presentations to support internal and external communications.

**Requirements:**

  • University degree related to Business Administration, Operations or similar.
  • 8+ years' experience in program/project management or governance roles in financial services, consulting, or regulated environments.
  • Understanding of Project Management function and documentation standards would be an advantage.
