We seek a skilled Program Specialist to design and execute educational programs, workshops, and outreach initiatives for IIT Bombay.

This role combines program management, stakeholder engagement, operations, and content coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with faculty members, industry partners, and academic institutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Program Coordination & Execution:
    • Design and deliver high-impact educational programs, certification programs, and outreach events.
    • Ensure logistics, scheduling, communication, and materials are in place for each program.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Liaise with internal departments, faculty, and external stakeholders (academic institutions, government bodies, corporate partners).
    • Maintain active communication with participants, mentors, and partners.
  • Operations & Reporting:
    • Track project timelines, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
    • Maintain databases, generate reports, and ensure documentation and compliance.
  • Content & Communication Support:
    • Assist in preparing outreach material, reports, presentations, newsletters, and updates.
    • Coordinate with design and media teams to ensure branding consistency.
  • Tech Platform Coordination:
    • Collaborate with IT and platform vendors for managing learning management systems, registration portals, and feedback tools.
    • Troubleshoot tech-related issues during program rollout.
  • Monitoring & Evaluation:
    • Conduct surveys, feedback analysis, and program impact assessments.
    • Recommend improvements based on participant and stakeholder input.
    Required Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Education, Management, Social Sciences, or related fields.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience in program/project management, preferably in education/outreach.
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
    • Familiarity with Google Workspace, MS Office, and LMS/project management tools.
