We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing.

Job Description

A CNC Machinist Specialist is responsible for developing, writing, and testing CNC programs for various machines. This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements.

  • Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies to optimize program efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred.
  • Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (2-3 years preferred).
  • Proficiency with CAM software.
  • Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations.
  • Familiarity with various materials.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
