We aim to empower individuals to take control of their health with clean, potent, and effective formulas.
We are now seeking a passionate Inside Sales Expert to deepen our B2 B team.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and generate new business leads through various channels, including India Mart, Alibaba, Linked In, email, and phone calls.- B2 B Sourcing: Source new clients and build relationships with existing ones to drive sales growth.- Social Media Management: Utilize Linked In and other social media platforms to promote products/services, engage with potential clients, and build brand awareness.- Email and Phone Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and prospects via email and phone calls to understand their needs, provide solutions, and close deals.- Sales Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships.- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions in CRM software.
Requirements: Key Skills & Competencies- Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in inside sales, B2 B sales, or a related field.- Skills: - Proven experience with Indiamart, Alibaba, and Linked In for B2 B sourcing and lead generation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of sales principles and practices. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Key Skills & Competencies:- Familiarity with CRM software: Experience with CRM software like Zoho, Salesforce, or similar.- Industry knowledge: Understanding of the industry and market trends.
