Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Inside Sales Manager/Head to lead and manage the inside sales function at NeoSoft Technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in IT services sales, proven leadership abilities, and a track record of driving growth through innovative inside sales strategies.
As the Inside Sales Head, you will be responsible for overseeing the inside sales team, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth through lead generation, client outreach, and strategic account management. You will work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with the companys growth objectives and help enhance the overall sales process.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing inside sales team. Provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure team members meet individual and team targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement innovative inside sales strategies aimed at generating qualified leads, nurturing prospects, and driving sales for IT services.
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring effective targeting of potential clients and qualification of leads. Ensure high conversion rates from inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Client Engagement: Establish strong relationships with potential clients through various channels such as calls, emails, webinars, and virtual meetings. Qualify and prioritize sales opportunities based on client needs and market trends.
- Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analysis to senior leadership. Monitor sales activities and provide actionable insights to optimize performance.
- CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools and sales analytics to manage client databases, track sales activities, and ensure accurate reporting of all sales processes.
- Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing efforts, leverage content, and optimize the inbound sales pipeline.
- Sales Training & Development: Continuously train and develop the inside sales team to enhance their skills, improve their product knowledge, and increase overall sales effectiveness.
- Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize sales processes and strategies to enhance efficiency, improve conversion rates, and increase profitability.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 20 years of experience in inside sales with at least 5 years in a leadership role within the IT services industry. Proven track record of driving growth through strategic inside sales efforts.
Skills:
Strong understanding of IT services and solutions, including software development, and digital transformation.
- Expertise in building and executing inside sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and generate actionable insights.
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a team to achieve goals.
- Exceptional ability to handle complex sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
