Role Description
This is a contract role for an Inside Sales position located on-site in Mumbai. The Inside Sales professional will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, conducting sales calls, and managing customer relationships. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with potential clients through phone calls and emails, providing product information, preparing sales proposals, and closing sales deals. The role also involves maintaining a database of leads and tracking sales metrics to achieve targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in lead generation, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Background in GIS solutions or related industries is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
