Implementation Manager

As a member of a project implementation team, will be to serve as the lead point of contact for all client account management matters; build and maintain strong, long lasting mutually beneficial client relationships based on trust and respect; act as client advocates and work with internal departments to ensure that client needs are understood and satisfied. It entails communicating with clients to understand their needs and striving to find the products and solutions which best fit the individual needs of the client; collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client need fulfillment; ensure the timely and successful delivery of the products and solutions
According to customer needs and objectives; handling client complaints, resolving complaints in a
time bound manner, collecting and analysing data and preventing additional issues by improving
processes and improving the overall customer experience; clearly communicating the progress of
implementation activities to internal and external stakeholders at pre-defined intervals. You will play a key role to develop and drive implementation of leading practice project implementation and client account management strategies and processes with an actionable plan to enable the organization deliver on its objectives to its clients, in line with the vision and policies of the organization.
Your role and responsibilities also include that of a business analyst, to analyse the client business
domain, documents its processes and systems, outline the client business requirements; bridge the
gap between stakeholders and the development team, interpreting business requirements into
understandable development tasks to match a final software product with the expected business
value; communicate with stakeholders, and product and marketing managers to capture business and market level requirements and then interact with developers when required without impacting the development process; ensure compliance of the development outcomes with a client’s business goals.
You will be required to take responsibility and ownership for managing the client accounts and ensure performance targets are met whilst continually maintaining all risk, quality, regulatory and procedural standards; Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and improve the business; Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement operational changes; Provide management with reports and feedback on a continuous basis.
Required Skill:
Post Graduate preferred.
5-10 years’ experience required.
Hands-on on MS-Office
Knowledge of C, C++, Pro*C, SQL, PL/SQL, Linux will be an advantage.
Strong interpersonal skills, Analytical skills, Time Management, Team Handling
Should have prior experience in Banking and payment industry
Location - Kolkata (West Bengal)
